  1. That talk was bit weird and below TED-average, wasn´t it? Tried to grasp what this Eames grandson is up in any case with his own project – for like 20 min and despite considerably ok cognitive and analytical abilities I found myself left in the dark. Found the idiomatic application of “Greek” (cf. that unrecoverable project name) in this case quite befitting..

    As for Brendan´s question: The upper left part of that image seems more than slightly squashed but nevertheless I am 90% certain, it is a 20 Euro Vagoe/Vagö chair by IKEA – designed by Thomas Sandell. Not entirely sure but I guess they not longer selling that model. but loads of other sources around to check.
