Found this painting by Vincent van Gogh on the Museum of Fine Arts Boston FB Timeline.
Postman Joseph Roulin” painted by Vincent van Gogh in 1888. Roulin was one of Van Gogh’s closest friends and favorite sitters. While painting this portrait, Van Gogh wrote to his brother, “I am now at work with another model…very like Socrates…A more interesting man than many people.”

Off course I’m not sure the title is correct.
I saw this painting dated 2008 in a window of an Oostende, Belgium, based gallery and liked it while the title came to mind immediately…..
It is made by the Congo born Artist Cheri Samba or Samba wa Mbimba N’zingo Nuni Masi Ndo Mbasi, born December 30, 1956 in Kinto M’Vuila, Congo. One of the most important African contemporary artists with work in the MoMa and Centre Pompidou.
The French text on the table cloth says: “The two most important needs of life…..”
