Anacleto Spazzapan is an Italian artist and designer who was born in Udine, Italy, in 1943.
He studied Art and Architecture at the University of Venice where he developed an interest in metalworking and welding. He spent his early career as a painter and sculptor, with some of his pieces being showcased in galleries across Italy.Anacleto, in particular, dedicated himself to the planning and design of around one hundred furnishing objects. What makes his creations unique is the use of a technique he himself devised which involves the exclusive use of iron rods with a thickness of 3 and 5 millimetres.
