Chair from the ‘boozo’ collection by Yonoh creative studio for JMcontract
Spanish creative studio yonoh participated in this year’s Tokyo design week as part of the ‘Spanish emotion’ exhibition which was curated by hector serrano and organized by ICEX (spanish institute of foreign trade). Included in the show was their ‘plof’ light designed for ona and a chair which is part of their ‘boozo’ collection
for JMcontract.The ‘boozo’ collection is a series of seating which is made from a combination of two plywood curves, one which forms the seat and another which is meant to act as the back support of the chair. there is the option for one to eliminate the curved back seating and arms, making the chair act more like a stool. the chair can be finished in wood, lacquer or leather, with legs constructed for either wood or metal.
