Bone chair by d.sign21 The idea for the lounge chair came through this year’s topic of Salone Satellite 2008: “Viva il verde! – Go green!†The chair is made out of the procedure of rapid prototyping which will improve the positive ecological aspects in the furniture design in the near future- For instance no loose of material whilst the production. This manufacturing provides also new methods for furniture junctions. In this case the interior is built like the construction of a bone – material is employed where it is needed.
