Found the Fifty Outdoor Easy Chair by Islandic designers Dögg Gudmundsdottir and Rikke Rützou Arnved at the 2012 IMM Cologne booth of Ligne Roset. They are based in Denmark
Based in Copenhagen, Icelandic designer Dögg Guðmundsdóttir studied industrial design at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan. She continued her glass, product and graphic design studies at the Danish Design School and received her master’s degree in design from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen with a focus on design management with sustainable innovation and new strategies for large and small producers.
Many of her designs are akin to functional sculptures or pieces of art, while others are part of a collection. The spare language of her style reflects her ability to conceive products with streamlined Scandinavian originality. The working fields range from one off items, graphic, industrial- and furniture design to design management, consulting, producing and teaching.
RÆTUR = ROOTS
Dögg returns to her Icelandic roots for her newest designs. Inspired by mountains, trees, bays, cracked ice and dried sand, this series explores asymmetrical folded forms using aluminum, metal and oak. The collection is first full product line produced under Dögg Design’s own label. See SHOP
Among the companies Dögg has designed for are Ligne Roset and Christofle in France, Norr 11 in Denmark, B-sweden and Sólóhúsgögn in Iceland.

At 2012 IMM Cologne I encountered Portugal based chair manufacturer Redi for the first time. Here is a prototype of its stackable chair Angel by Italian design studio Archirivolto of Claudio Dondoli and Marco Pocci.
Glad to be able to share my own photo of this colorful famous sofa with you. I found it at the Doshi Levien curated booth at 2012 IMM Cologne.
