Among the designs Kartell will be showing during the upcoming salone del mobile are frilly by Patricia Urquiola and honeycomb by alberto meda. both chairs are made from innovative plastic materials. honeycomb uses, as its name implies, a honeycomb material which provides a lot of strength with immense lightness. frilly on the other hand, uses a transparent polycarbonate material which is manufactured with the flowing curves of fabric or a waterfall.
