I would recommend calling an large auction house. I too have a bugatti couch (mine is in really bad condition) LA modern auction just emailed me and are very interested. I don’t know if there are to many people with the talent to restore a bugatti chair. I just read an article about a restoration on a bugatti owned by David Bowie. the chair had to be kept in a controlled temperature room for repairs to the velum. good luck,
