Recently I visited Keramis, a new museum in Belgium dedicated to Ceramic art. The museum is built (folded) around a very old ceramic oven and was opened in May 2015. It features the Bouroullec brothers’ Vegetal Chair in its café.

Osso by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec for Mattiazzi – Milan 2011 (04)

French designers Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec will present this wooden chair for for Italian brand Mattiazzi in Milan this month. Called Osso, the design has four sculpted wooden pads making up the seat and backrest. The chairs are made from oak, maple or ash sourced close to Mattiazzi’s factory. The collection will include a chair, armchair and child’s chair plus high and low stools.
