Manufactured by IPL (L’Industrie Provinciale), St. Damien, PQ.
This is another great creation from the IPL factory in Quebec. Following the enormous success of the Solair chairs, the company produced a second model for Eaton’s and other Canadian retailers. The formula was the same, a single injection molded chair with a cold bent metal rod frame that followed a similar design and colour palette as the Solair. The radiant circular pattern must have been a bitch to produce and this difficulty resulted in low production numbers. In so much, these pieces have become scary rare, with only a handful surviving the reality of outdoor furniture in Canada. I have had a hard time finding any background on this piece and invite contributors to have a go at fleshing out the story. -Todd Falkowsky

Hello! I found an orange Sun Flower chair at a second hand shop. It’s in great shape, almost too pretty to use. Knowing how rare these are, I thought it might be better suited to someone who is a collector. As such, I’m wondering if there’s a place that I should consider placing an add to sell it. Many thanks!
I would contact Wright and see what they can do for you
