TOFU is the provocative chair by Leonardo Talarico. As its name suggests, this piece of furniture is made out of Tofu, one of the most nutrient, soft and ancient aliment. Through a dehydration process and subsequent thermal shock, tofu gains important mechanical properties and it can be used as a structural material. The armchair is treated with a natural colour that is able to change shades of colour based on the acidity of the material.
